A Special Note About Minors

Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use the accommodation reservation services on our Site. Minors can normally accompany their parent(s) or legal custodian who have booked an accommodation, except where indicated otherwise in the hotel policies.

This Privacy Policy has originally been drawn up in the English language.

 

Cancellation Policy

If circumstances make you cancel the booking, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation charges :

  • In the event of any cancellation / amendment, an admin charge of Rs.500/- Per Room would be applicable.
  • In the event of any cancellation 30 – 15 days prior to check-in, 30% retention applicable.
  • In the event of any cancellation 15 – 7 days prior to check-in, 50% retention applicable.
  • In the event of any cancellation less than 7 days prior to check-in, 100% retention applicable.
  • Important Note : The above cancellation Policy may not be applicable for Premium 5 Star Hotels such as Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, The Leela Goa, Taj Group of Hotels, Radisson, Alila Diwa Goa, Cidade De Goa, The Marriott Goa, Zuri White Sands, Resort Rio, and other listed 5 Star Hotels. These Hotel would attract a 100% Cancellation in the event of any amendment / cancellation 15 Days or less to check-in.

Please note In the event of National Holidays, Festive Season, Premium Weekends, Cancellation Policy would be 100% once Booked & Confirmed.

Please request our sales executive to read or communicate or document the cancellation policy of the hotel you wish to book before you proceed to pay and confirm any services.

 

Refunds

REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO US COLLECTING THE REFUNDS FROM THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS / HOTELS / SUPPLIERS / RESORTS / PALACES.There shall be no refund if the Client does not or cannot utilize the Hotels or the services provided therein. Nor can any refund be made for loss of hotel vouchers etc. by the clients.

When browsing our Website, you are not required to provide any Personal Information unless and until you choose to make a purchase for one of our services as described below


Making a Purchase

In order to purchase travel and/or related services through our Website, you must provide us with certain Personal Information such as your name, credit card number and expiration date, credit card billing address, telephone number, e-mail address and the name or names of the person(s) traveling (if not you). We may also ask you for other Personal Information, such as your frequent traveler numbers. We require this information to process, fulfill and confirm your reservations and transactions and keep you informed of each transaction's status. If you are making a reservation for one or more travelers other than yourself, you must confirm and represent that each of these other travelers have agreed, in advance, that you may disclose their Personal Information to us.


Not Capture

Goafun reserves the right to not to accept any customer order without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by goafun is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by goafun.

Without prejudice to the other remedies available to Goa fun under this agreement, the TOS or under applicable law, goafun may limit the user's activity, or end the user's listing,

  • Goafun is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the user or
  • Goafun believes that the user's actions may infringe on any third party rights or breach any applicable law or otherwise result in any liability for the user, other users of the websiteand/orgoafun
